Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the DentalCare practice management platform at dentasphere.app, including the web application at /practice-crm and any desktop companion application (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Connect Software Inc. ("Connect Software", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the dental clinic you represent ("Clinic", "you").
1. The Service
DentalCare provides scheduling, patient charting, billing, reminders, lab case tracking, and supply ordering tools for dental practices. Clinic accounts are provisioned by us; there is no public self-service signup. Each Clinic's data is logically isolated from every other Clinic using the Service.
2. Accounts and Access
Clinic administrators are responsible for creating and managing staff user accounts (admin and doctor roles), for the accuracy of information provided, and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Clinic's accounts.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable healthcare, data protection, or recordkeeping laws in your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to access another Clinic's data, circumvent authentication, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.
4. Clinical Responsibility
DentalCare is a practice management tool, not a source of medical or dental advice. Clinics and their licensed staff remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, and recordkeeping obligations under applicable law, regardless of how information is recorded in the Service.
5. Your Data
Patient and clinic data entered into the Service belongs to your Clinic. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis and patient consent to store and process such data through the Service.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Optional integrations (such as Google Drive for attachment storage, or WhatsApp/email for reminders) are provided for your Clinic's convenience and are subject to the respective third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service from time to time.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any Clinic that violates these Terms. Clinics may request termination of their account and export or deletion of their data by contacting us.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect Software Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Contact Us
